Broken cup, not great customer service.

EDIT: They have refunded my order after contacting them 5 times.

I received the Bigen Powder Hair Color, and upon arrival, I was very disappointed. The measuring cup was broken and cracked, making it impossible to accurately measure the amount of powder and water needed. I contacted customer support over a week ago with pictures, but I have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed in Spice Divine, as I thought I had found an amazing shop—do not recommend.
